The target geographic focus of Amato Legal Search, Inc. is the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. We work with law firms of all sizes and corporations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500.
Our Business Model: Over the past 20 plus years, we have developed a network of independent legal recruiters throughout the U.S. who assist us in filling searches for Employers by providing us with stellar candidates who seek to relocate to our target geographic area. Our network of trusted independent recruiters also shares job orders with us (both locally and nationally) so that we can provide as many options as possible to Job Seekers. This network serves as a trusted resource when Job Seekers from our target area seek to relocate to another part of the country.
We also locate candidates for Employers through direct recruiting, personal referral, networking and advertising. Our job pool for candidates is enhanced by our strong relationships with the law firms and companies in our target geographic area.
Amato Legal Search, Inc. recruits on a contingency fee or retained basis for law firms and corporations. Our Employer clients pay all placement fees.
